Use this address for support, privacy questions, reports, or an appeal. Include your username and the relevant league where helpful. We do not provide live emergency support. Never send your password, verification link, reset link, SMTP credentials, or payment details.
Access, correction, or account deletion
Send a request to jack@mmadraft.net, preferably from the email registered to your account. Use a subject such as “Privacy request — access,” “Privacy request — correction,” or “Privacy request — delete account.” Tell us which action you want and enough information to identify the account. You do not need to give a reason for a deletion request.
We may verify control of the account before providing information or making a change. If you no longer have access to your registered email, explain that without sending an identity document; we will discuss a proportionate verification method. An authorized agent should identify whom they represent and their authority to act.
We handle requests manually. Leaving a league or signing out does not delete an account. Closing an account may prevent access to ongoing leagues. We will explain how shared league history, other participants’ information, backups, or a specific legal retention requirement affect the request. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any permitted extension or denial. To appeal a decision where available, reply with “Privacy appeal” and the reason you disagree.

Safety, abuse, and security reports
For abuse, include the relevant account, league, post or message, time, and a brief explanation. For a security issue, describe the affected page and safe steps to reproduce it without accessing someone else’s data or disrupting the site. Limit any screenshots to the necessary evidence.
Copyright and intellectual-property concerns
Send jack@mmadraft.net your name and contact information, identification of the work or right concerned, the exact location of the material on MMA Draft, and an explanation of your authority and concern. If you are submitting a formal copyright notice, include the statements and signature required by the law you rely on. Do not send a knowingly false claim. We may need to share relevant complaint details with the affected user or advisers to address it.
